The Community Service Award (CSA) is awarded to students who achieve a certain amount of hours. There are three different levels, which include Community, Service, and Achievement. The way you are able to be awarded these is by submitting all of the community service hours into the CSA page on the National website (http://web.fbla-pbl.org/csa/). To submit it you have to have the project name, the date it occurred and the amount of hours recorded.
CSA Level 1: Community
To be able to obtain the Community level you need to have 50 or more hours recorded. Recognition: Awarded a certificate given out by your adviser.
CSA Level 2: Service
To be able to obtain the Service level you need to have 200 or more service hours recorded. Recognition: State Leadership Conference and walk on the stage. Prerequisite: Community Award (50 Hours)
CSA Level 3: Achievement
To be able to obtain the Achievement level you need to have 500 or more service hours recorded. Recognition: State Leadership Conference and National Leadership Conference. Prerequisite: Community Award (50 Hours), Service Award (200 Hours)
